Say Cheese!

As part of our study of nomadic people of Mongolia we made cheese today! Cheese and meat are the main foods in the Mongolian people's diet.

We made Farmer's Cheese. We had to constantly stir the milk as it heated.

We heated the milk to 180 degrees Fahrenheit.
